Return Policy

Global Capital Resources Inc. offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange for unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Due to our competitive wholesale pricing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized in advance by Global Capital Resources Inc., and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued prior to returning any items. This process ensures accurate tracking and efficient handling of returned goods.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items that are used, altered, or damaged (including scratches or other defects) will not be eligible for return and may be rejected or discarded.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned in brand-new, unused condition may qualify for a full merchandise refund, less original shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Approved store credits (if applicable) will be issued minus shipping charges and will not expire.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at (240) 639-2757 or via email at info@globalcapres.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an RMA number.

Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package, preferably near the shipping label. Customers are responsible for arranging shipment through a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Once the returned merchandise is received, Global Capital Resources Inc. will process the return within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued within this timeframe, less any applicable fees.

For exchanges, the same return process applies. Replacement items will be shipped within 2–15 business days after the return is processed. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
